Wind has consistently shown a desire to carry new BB devices. The only reason they don't is they are small and it takes them time to do things. Certainly they will support BB10 as soon as it is technically possible for them to do so.

Actually WIND is massive. They are just small in Canada. If it weren't for the super limited coverage area, I'd make the switch.

im kinda scared cuz i just bought a fido sim on their $57 unlimited plan, but they dont carry the 9900.....so not sure what their approach will be with BB10.

As long as i can unlock it and use it on fido's network though, i could care less whether they carry it or not.

Is this the official from Sprint? I would be very disappointed if they do not carry this phone. I am a die hard BB user and would consider switching to another service if necessary. Sprint seems to be slow on the trigger with and official response like Verizon.

I would be disappointed too, but I realize that Sprint has a big bet with Apple, reportedly $15 billion dollars worth of iPhones over 4-5 years, with expected profiting after 3 years. If BB10 were to land on Sprint, they won't be promoting it much. Hopefully they'll let present BB users have the option instead of pushing them toward iPhones or Androids or leave the carrier altogether...
