    If you are at home you might want to try rebooting your router. Maybe it isn't the torch.

    The issue is usually with the router.

    Reset the router and see how it reacts.

    its an OS issue, other new handsets have had similar radio issues in early os bilds. **** it took till the's to get the Tours radio sorted. and you still cant get bluetooth and Wifi to play nice on the 9700, havent played with the torch enough yet to see if thats still an issue but i would have to switch it over to my T-mo sim and get UMA fired up to check that.

    I find my wifi signal weak compared to my 9700 in the house. checking the router I am connected on the n band, whereas my 9700 is g band, yet has a better connection than the torch.
