I have a BB Curve that was Tmobile now I am using it for AT&T, I can't seem to access internet unless it's WiFi. I'm new to BB and Crackberry so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Have you resent service books and re-registered your device on the network? I think maybe that will get you the results you want.

Glad you got it and welcome to CB! Just for the sake of others reading this thread in the future, you would go to options>advanced>host routing table>menu>register now.
