I recently bought a flip online. It works fine, save for a few things. Some icons do nnot appear, and I cannot surf without using wifi, being that it's my first blackberry, I am clueless on what to do any help would be great.
Call T-Mobile and add a Blackberry Data plan. If you already have, on the phone go to options>advanced options>host routing table>hit menu>register now.
You might need to send your service books too, select the Setup folder, then Email Setup, Sign on, then press the BB button and select Service Books, then Send Service Books.
