Could anyone help me find out what this notification is trying to tell me? I have searched all over the internet and I have also clicked on every icon on my blackberry. Still, no luck.

I don't find it in any of the notification icon lists... Check your apps and see if one of them dosn't have that red star on them.

I am not used to wireless updates (VIVO didn't hear of that yet...) but could it be Verizon telling you new OS is available?

I've never seen that notification before, you could try a battery pull and see if it goes away them.

It maybe a themed icon, try going back to the original theme and the notification logo may change...

Did you already look at/open each third party app? cause I would assume its a notification for one of them.

Try checking app world, it may be a pending update for one of your apps you have already downloaded..

If I were to guess, I would say StudentDocket. The icon looks like it has a Q and an A on it. Just a guess though...

there are no notifications in your messages folder? when my ebay app produces its icon and red star, i dont go into the app to check it, it ends up in the messages folder.

When you get time, uninstall each app one by one and take note what you uninstalled last and maybe you will get your answer.

Go to your messages folder, highlight the most recent date and hit your blackberry button. In the list find mark prior opened. This usually gets rid of any weird notifications I have that won't go away so I suggest giving it a try
