Ehh not sure I agree. Universal Search is just a search while Siri is more like an assistant where you can actually get things done such as it writing you a message, adding a calendar appointment, checking the weather, reading you a message, etc. Along with the "getting things done" it can also function as a search, but that isn't the main point. So saying the Universal Search is like Siri (in written form or otherwise) isn't really accurate.
