I've had some minor issues with my new Curve and VZW has been helpful but this one hasn't been resolved.
When I receive an MMS I'm unable to view the content. Spent about 90 minutes on phone with VZW. We've done battery pull, resent service books and VZW checked settings on their end. Still not working.
The error I receive when I open the message is:
Could not retrieve message content. Try again later.
Can anybody help with this?
