    Hi,
    I am unable to view certain contacts in my address book. When I select EDIT or click the trackball nothing happens.

    When I go to send emails I get the red X cross on certain ones saying content protection is enabled, or something similar?

    Can someone help please?

    Try deleting and adding those contacts.
