My BB's keypad had a problem so Rogers gave me a new Bold 9900. So far so good!
When I came home and tried to go to "Options > Device > BlackBerry ID", it gives me the error "Unable to update blackberry ID account information while offline".
I called rogers several times and they believe that everything is fine on their side as I have still exactly the same BIS plan as before. Has anyone faced such a problem before. I googled this and nothing really relevant came up. I have tried the security wipe out, and re-installing the OS and the hard reset so far. Your help is truly appreciated.
