There are several components to UMA, getting them all correct is essential.

Your first step is to check the built in Wifi Diagnostics.

Connections / Wifi Options. Menu / Wifi Diagnostics.

You should be seeing a couple Green check marks and an IP address. Status should be: Network Aquired. If not, note the error message.

Scroll down to UMA. A good connection will show two Green check marks and UMA Connection successful. If not, note the error message.

That error message means you have a working Wifi connection, but no access to the Internet.

The most likley reason is the Wifi Router settings. If this is your own Router, it is simple to correct the settings or force it back to factory defaults.

If the Wifi connection is owned by a third party, you may not have the correct access permissions.
