[Heifzilla]

I have a 9700 and I was using UMA on Thursday night to make phone calls. On Friday I upgraded to OS .405, which is an official build, and now I can't make or receive calls on my phone even though it says UMA. I get the "doo dee doo" sound and it says "Call Failed".

What might have changed when I did the upgrade? I haven't changed anything else so it's gotta be that, I just don't know what to look for

Help?

ETA: so I did a power down, having turned off my mobile network, UMA came up and was working when I powered back up. But I shouldn't have to shut off my mobile network and do all this hoop jumping for UMA to work, right?
