    I love my Z10 because I wanted something different, having had both android and iphones, but these random phone reboots are irritating me badly!!!! Also if I make a call and press the speaker button, the person I'm talking to can no longer hear me. This is Sooooo irritating!!! Am I the only one having this issue??

    I have no issues with the speaker phone.
    What OS are you running and have you tried the factory OS install?
    Who's the carrier?

    I'm with T-Mobile, and I have the original software my phone came with when I first booted it up. I've tried updating, and it says my phone is up to date

    It's so weird. I'll call someone and meanwhile its ringing I'll set it to speaker and they won't hear me talking to them at all. No headsets or anything plugged in either. And sometimes even while I'm already on the phone it does it as well. Such a pain having to have my phone up to my ear in certain situations where I don't want to...

    Berry, I'm pretty sure I can post what I want. Especially if I'm looking for a direct answer to see if anyone else has this same issue. Thank you.

    FWIW I have a TMobile Z10 and have had only two random reboot in the time I've had it. Tons of reboots doesn't sound normal. That said, I also don't use many Android apps (Flixter and The Economist are the exceptions). Maybe that makes a difference? My second reboot happened when I used an Android app.

    Again. If you do a search FIRST, you will likely find someone who had the same issue, and likely the answer to your issue. A new thread is not always necessary, that's all.

    hey, take the back to the Tmo store and tell them your problem and ask them for a replacement on the spot by pressuring them hehehe, but seriously take it back to the store.
