Ok so my first keyboard was one of the crappy ones with the yellow screens and very movable keyboard, so one day according to Sprint a software file went corrupt, it wouldn't turn on.

So, I've been texting all night, no problems, until I started to type and it was pressing the wrong keys, so I did a battery pull, BIG mistake, now its locked, and keeps telling me wrong password, So what do I do? It doesn't connect to my computer unless I am doing something wrong, I assume it has to be unlocked to access the phone via the computer, is there any way that I can unlock it?

And any reason it would press the wrong keys?

Ugh I wish I could get my Tour back but they had to
"downgrade" me because they got rid of the Tour stock

If I understand correctly, you were provided with a replacement 8330 that had a pre-existing password.

There is no way around that, take it back.

If it is a password you entered, it must match the original password correclty, including the use of the Shift keys.

Or just type the wrong password a few more times (ten total) until it wipes.
