So I was on a flight today heading to the Bahamas for a friend's wedding and there was a lady who for some reason kept talking on her phone when they were supposed to be turned off. So looking over at her annoyed, I noticed she was chatting on a white BlackBerry Passport (first time i've seen one of those in the wild). Then a business man a row or two ahead of her was tapping away on a BlackBerry Priv. Seeing multiple people in close proximity using a BlackBerry is like spotting a unicorn....lol..jk but it was cool to see though. Felt like 2008 again

Here in South Africa you still seem them around quite a bit, although not as much as between 2008-2012, that was when they were truly the most popular Brand down here.

I saw a lady with a PRIV yesterday at Nandos (fast food chain here), I've seen quite a few Passports around.

The Blackberry I see the most of generally these days oddly enough is the Z10, there's​ a lot of those still in use down here, an ex colleague had 1, and one of my new colleagues has 1 to, and I tend to see them around when walking in malls, business parks and airports. Think one of my prospective clients also has a Z10 if I saw correctly.
