Turn off exchange email....

Is there a way to turn off exchange emails during a certain time? I am looking to turn it off while I am at work since I am at my pc the whole time. If not I notice when I read the email on my phone it shows read in outlook however if I read it in outlook it does not show read on my phone. If there is a way to do either of these that would be awesome.

Open that email's icon and hit menu > reconcile now. That should clear up the unread emails. I don't believe you can set times for the exchange email.
