I have tried to search any information but couldn't find anything. I linked my hotmail account to my curve and received an email to go to my email client and change the setting to allow email to not be erased. I checked my email and couldn't find anything. I can't access any of my emails from this account. Not sure what to do now........thanks for any help!

Can you not see all the old e-mails in your BlackBerry inbox?? If that's the problem, you don't get all of your old messages forwarded to your BB, it's only new messages thay are received after you set it up on your BB
