Trip tracker?
I'm going to be taking a trip across several states in just a few weeks. I've been looking for an app that would do several things, but I don't know if it's possible. I'd like something that will track us and log how far we've gone. I'd also like to be able to enter in stuff such as how often we stop for gas and how much we have to add so we can keep track of mpg. Also, keep a running average of speed, stop times, etc...
An added bonus would be if it could allow someone else to follow us online or something, but I see there are already several apps out there that will do that, but I was thinking an all-in-one solution would be best.
Is there anything out there like this that is reasonable in price?

Nothing? Anything close at all?

Bump! Looking for an answer as well!
I'm going to be doing a Time Distance Speed Rally near Marysville, WA and I need to have a program that can calculate my average speed!!!
Thanks,
Jay

I wish the Blackberry Garmin GPS program had the same level of detail as the nuvi series GPS's do. I have a 765t and have never looked back to the BB for GPS since... just too many more things it can do and keep track of:

Oh wow. Hmmm..... may have to look into a regular gps. But that just stinks cuz I love using the one on my phone.
I'm going to keep looking, but if anyone finds something, let me know!

I love the one on my phone too, and I really really tried to make it work for me but... maybe it's just me but the screen is awfully small, not so much for directional navigation, but for drilling down, making detours, vias, routes, etc. Of course, you're never supposed to do this sort of thing whilst driving... but I found I'd have to pull my phone out of the dash mount to get my stubby little fat fingers on the keyboard. I've tried literally all of the available free and non-free GPS Blackberry solutions. While some are better than others, none can come close to a dedicated device.
