Can't figure out how to transfer my photos to my computer?

Use the usb cable enable the media storage a popup should come on your BB screen' asking if you would like to enable it. Enable it and a normal hd should apper in "my computer" saying black berry or so.

First question is, do you have a media card installed?

If you do and you have set it to save on the media card, your computer will see them on the removable drive.

If the pictures are in device memory, you will have to use Media Manager (included with DeskTop Manger) to view and move the images.
