    Whats the purpose of the colored LED lights on the Pearl 8100?
    since there is no functionality for it without 3rd party software.
    and how come thats the only device that have em?
    dont get me wrong i love Color Pearl but im just curious....!

    WEIRD isn't it?

    They were probably going to make the trackball at like the notification LED but didn't, hence no newer models have the LEDs...
