So quick little update. FedEx tracking shows the package en route and on time.

Judging from Saiga's screen shot and the shipment tier I got (FedEx Priority overnight Shipping) it seems like they've paid good money just for shipping.

Well that would be nice. What I'm confused about though is the order in which these are being completed. I'm not complaining either way if I get my order, but I know I ordered before my friend, but he already received his items. I've not received any notification about a FedEx shipment. If it was based on availability of items, I could understand, but we actually ordered the same things. Anyway, let's see what happens.

Glad to hear that people are getting their orders and that Blackberry has stepped up and are having the orders filled. While it has been stated that it is another third party, you know the instructions are ultimately coming from Blackberry. Well done BB.

Agreed. Digital River customer support has been brutal and made insinuations that we initiated the cancellation and that there is nothing they can do. Why would "WE" initiate a cancellation on items we are essentially getting for free? Anyway, appears that a more competent organization is taking control of the situation (which I hope includes me at some point).
