    2 weeks ago they told me it was shipping via Canada International...now I see my order was cancelled and no reply to my email inquiries....wonderful! Good thing this only pissed off existing BlackBerry users and not potential ones

    Well after about 2 hours on the phone they agreed to issue me a new order and when items ship refund my credit card so items would be free! Now even better news is a phone call to me approximately an hour after my new order was placed, BlackBerry informed Digital River that the canceled orders would be filled so none the less they canceled my New order and original order is back to the waiting game but was promised they would be filled!

    Hope this turns out promising for all of us!

    Try calling and asking about your order, it's gets funnier by the minute. I think they were specifically instructed to lie, since after several minutes they just tell you to stop wasting their time.
