Top Simple Features average BB10 owners need Help With

Every time I see a new blackberry 10 owner Ill usually stop and make conversation about their phone. I can say almost everyone of them do not know many of the features of their bb 10 device. Here is a list of the simple features they are most suprised about.... not to mention of course all the android app goodness.

1) ScreenShots- don't know you can take screens by pressing the top and bottom volume button.

2) Quick Reply- don't know you can press the blackbox with the arrow for a quick reply.

3) Input Languages- Don't know you can input another language for the virtual keyboard. Especially important in asian countries.

4) TimeShift Camera- Don't know how to switch from Regular Camera to TimeShift.

5) HDMI- Usually have no idea about this.. have to show them.

-picture preview by sliding the small thumbnail up, and the options to delete or share with the same motion.

-pinch gesture in the hub, customizable and even by default to reveal the unread messages.

-picture password, they don't even know it exists.

I agree with all those three... and sadly i didn't even know the first one "picture preview" lol.
