Time Syncronization Problem - BB 9700

I'm in the GMT +2 time zone.

For some reason, even though both my PC and BB are set to the same time zone, when I sync my Outlook with my BB, everything in the BB is off by an hour (everything is an hour earlier than it should be).

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Does Outlook get its time from the Exchanged server? Could it be the server's clock that is off?

Not that I'm aware of...
