Ah, good one... Thanks for that laugh! A real belly-acher!
Oh wait... You were serious?!?
Hate to break it to ya, but the new Lightning connector wont make any current iPhone users "look elsewhere". Zero... Zilch... Nada...
Why would it? You seem to be seriously misinformed about the connector, if you suggest that people have to spend hundreds of dollars because of it. You figure that the new connector somehow magically destroys any old iPhone accessory it comes into contact with, or what?
Here are the facts: The new iPhone will play just nicely with any old accessories people have. Your speaker dock will still work and play music, your car will still recognize it, keyboard still works, etc. etc.
In some cases people will have to get an adapter to make it work, yes, but many old accessories don't even need this.
And in case you're a serious cheapskate, who figures that 20 dollars for an adapter to make your new 600$ phone play well with your old 300$ speaker case is somehow outrageous, well don't worry... There are already adapters available on eBay for a couple of dollars a piece.
So yeah... Don't worry. No one will have to spend a fortune because of this, and absolutely no one will change their phone over the new Lightning connector...09-14-12 11:35 PMLike 0 - LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!
