    Can anyone guess or have insight on timing of the deal update ? Before, during or after hours ? I am sure the SP will be halted so huge gamble, volatility, rumours will play big on Monday and weekend.

    It is. If Fairfax could not sign the definitive deal on Monday 5pm, then it will be disqualified for the breakup fee, which is a big money for Fairfax.

    So the have to sign on Monday by 5pm. The annulment can be anytime after that. Can be on Tuesday as well
