I think the issue is that these smart phones are computers and a lot of people getting these phones don't even know how to install a simple program on a computer let alone take care of a smartphone computer.

I just wish one device would do everything we require of it with no problems. I love BB but they lack so much "fun" stuff like the other devices offer. I love my Android but I miss the smooth action of the hub and communication aspect of the BB.
To each their own, yes nothing out there is perfect and until one is you will always hear little complaints along the way.
