A Lot of news swirling a round today. Personally, I think Thor has a plan. By rolling out BBM across platforms, although controversial, he is building good will for a company sorely in need of it.

Think of it, free phone calls across international borders. I am sure someone will say that other applications can do that, but I digress. Skype is a paid application if I am correct, that many around these parts have been clamoring for.

With regards to encrypted messaging I am sure that it is a play for enterprise business in that it can only be achieved with BlackBerry Enterprise Service, across platforms. Pretty important in these days of technical espionage.

    The new devices look good.

Just my thoughts on today's developments.

    Any thoughts?

BBM cross platform gets BlackBerry name out there and offers people a look into the new BBOS, hopefully convincing them to switch. I think it is a good idea.
