I'm thinking about purchasing an 8120 (blackberry) I'd rather have the 8130 but that thing is not out for GSM yet.

Anyway, I was looking over Bluetooth capability threads and saw that some people have gotten bluetooth send/receive to work, where others haven't.

What's the deal with this? Is the bluetooth locked?
Also, is there a way to unlock it?

I didn't think many other carriers locked their bluetooth other than verizon but I could be wrong.

Yea I believe tmobile doesnt really do much to their phones at all. I thought the 8120 was only on AT&T?

Its not locked it just takes a bit of getting used to with the receive and send using bluetooth.
I've tried explaining it to a guy who saw me using my BB ased for help.He had his BB on vibrate because he can't figure out how to receive ringtones from his friends. LOL!
