BB10 voice control and dictation will be integrated. It is not meant to be a personal assistant like VIKI is.
Besides, if it was, why would they leak info prior to launch. VIKI is probably by some dev.

No just windows speech recognition combined with macros. Any Win 7 PC (May be limited to Professional)

They definatly need to show what makes it better than Siri, they need to do this with all the technologys that already exsist otherwise they will get slammed by people saying this or that allready can do whatever. so they need to show what differentiates them from other products. like when they show panorama pics, apple is already showing that. what makes bb10 better at it. the last thing they need is people saying here comes Blackberry late to the party again.
