Most things like mail or dropbox stuff can be synced, but I don't see too much use for this.
If someone is using 2 phones, they are likely using one for work and one for personal, in which case they probably don't want syncing.
That might be nice feature to have, but I think they need to have dual sim instead so I can just use 1 phone for both personal AND business. BlackBerry Balance 2.0? :D

If BlackBerry would allow BBID assigned to multiple PINs (they do but not quite fully), then I would be able to have BBM in sync on a Q and Z and - - eventually--my PlayBook. You can do that with calendar, contacts and email but not BBM.
Because of that I can't just grab one, stick the SIM in and go. I have to keep 2 separate BBM identities.
