This forum is probably the best way to trouble shoot any issue. Generally you can bring your phone to the carrier you purchased it from and you may get lucky enough to find someone knowledgeable in BB's. But from what I've seen even most of the techs/sales reps at the retail stores will send you to CB. Have you posted the problems you are having in the forums?

I'm forced to agree with Vortex on this one. If you can't find a solution here, than you'll need a new berry, because they really do cover everything one this site.
you can call 1-877-255-2377, but it is pay per incident.
Not only is it pay per incident but if you read the diclosure in their support page it says that they do not guarantee a resolution. CB has never failed me when it comes to support.
I would read all the FAQ, then if you have any questions, just ask. Going to a retail store with a memory question is a joke. I doubt you will find the answer there. And if you want to waste your money, call the 877 number. And when that doesn't work just post what you want here and someone will reply. This site is the best for blackberry info.
