is there any way to quickly edit all/some contacts?

So i just copied all my contacts from my sim to my phone. And all the numbers are by default Work numbers. But obviously not all of them are (actually most of the are mobile numbers). So i was wondering if there is any easy way to change them to say mobile instead of work besides individually going to each contact and coping and pasting the number from the work section to the mobile section. i'm guessing there probably isn't but i figured i'd ask before i did everything manually..

If you sync your contacts with Outlook, you can export the contacts from Outlook into an Excel spreadsheet, use Excel's editing tools to move data between columns, then import the data back into Outlook. Be sure to make a backup before you start, because you can easily corrupt your contacts with a mistake in Excel.
