    It works natively on Windows 7. I use it on two different computers both running Windows 7 Professional and Windows 7 Enterprise.

    it downloads and starts to install, and then it gets to the text files and stops on that one and just sits there during the installation.

    U should get a pop up box that asks how you want to install it. Choose Admin. If not right click on EXE files and choose it there.
