    I have to give RIM a lot of credit. My USB port on my 64GB Playbook died and I sent it back to them and 5 days later I received a shiny brand new 64GB Playbook.

    Way to go RIM!!! I wil be sure to spread the news of your great customer service.

    Lets rock this RIM, Bring on BB10!!!

    Agree on RIM customer service. They fixed my out of warranty camera problem for free, and returned it in less than a week!
