I usually stay pretty quiet on the site, but I would just like to say that everytime I get in a jam with my BB I am instantly back to normal when i figure out whats going on from this site!!
Last night I had no idea what was happening. I had a bad DM. well the wrong version needed to do anything.....learned how to back things up, install themes, seperate emails and dial 800 numbers in like 30 minutes. I am very impressed. It took me a tad longer to get the whole uploading to the bb, but I got it and thats all that matters!!!

Tmobile tech support ....isn't bad either but I'd rather be on your site than trying to get to the blackberry dept. through a robot....screaming ENGLISH, ENGLISH, ENGLISH over and over

I've actually called at&t and they have used information from this site. So its easy to just cut out the middle man.
