So several days ago when this started I did the Stoners guide to optimizing memory. it was fine that whole day. But after that everyday randomly I will just stop getting texts, they will all get erased and when I look at the file free it says 0 bytes. What is going on? I made sure that the pics I take go to the memory card and even erased some of the songs I have downloaded. The free file will be fine and then out of nowhere it will go down to 0. help please, my phone is possessed!

What OS are you running? What programs do you have running in the background?

Make sure you are closing programs and not just hiding them. Hit menu > close or click and hold the back button to close most applications.
