    I have an unlocked bold 9930 verizon. The phone is currently working on T-mobile carrier, but the text message and wifi don't work. Eventhough the wifi is connected, but it won't be able to browse. When I tried to text some one, I got the message "Free:Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active"

    As to the browser, do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan? Does the browser work over the carrier network?

    Call your carrier and ask them to deactivate message blocking
