    I'm with Verizon. It's not free for me. I hear many say that it's included with the T-Mobile plan.

    It depends on your provider. If you have T-Mobile it is included and doesn't cost extra

    With Verizon, it's an extra $15 on top of the data charges. It equals out to the charge for using the usb or pc card internet service. That's what I'm charged anyway.
