I was hoping that some of the bberrysync users out there will tell us about their experience? How is it working out? how quickly will your email, calendar, contacts sync with outlook? Are there any issues with things not syncing, or being deleted, etc?

I know that a LOT of people are interested in this service, so please give as much detail as possible.

    thanks for the help!

I wish their site had more technical details though.

So is their product like an OTA PIM sync for BIS users? And what's wrong with just doing the USB sync (and saving $40/year...)

unfortunately, bberrysync seems to be gone. I signed up for a year a couple months ago and was delighted with the service. My biggest reason for wanting it was to make sure that my office knew if I added another appointment to my calendar. Unless there's something else out there, I'll be forced to go back to the USB cable sync. I've been using google calendar, which is okay, but I like the calendar that links to my Exchange calendar better. And BES isn't an option as the only user.

As of right now I would suggest to avoid this service at all cost. Not sure how they are when everything works, but when there is a problem they are completely invisible after they take your money.

I made the mistake of signing up, paying via Paypal only to find out the software does not work on a Storm. It' been 4 days of logging tickets, requesting online support, and emails without a peep from them.

I first tried to DL the software and a GoDaddy page came up for a couple of days, their server must have been down. I tried to log a email through their web page, server wouldn't accept it. These guys do not appear to be very stable, and customer service is non-existant so far.

    I'll keep you guys posted.

Same problem here. It does NOT work with the Storm and they wouldn't refund my money. No response and PayPal is worthless in getting your money back.

    On the BBerrySync site:

"Please note that we offer a five (5) day unconditional satisfaction guarantee with both monthly and yearly license purchases."

Total BS. They take your money and don't respond.

STAY AWAY from BBerrySync and Data Solve Inc. They are a RIPOFF!!!

It would be nice if there was more than one alternative to bberry sync. On my Nokia E65 I had emoze used to sync when my pc was on instantly. All other software funambol etc seem to have over complicated the needs of the user, we just want to sync from one t the other absolutely no need for hosted servers etc.
