Firstly, let me apologise if this thread is in the wrong place -I'm new to all this.

My Bold 9700 did it's usual trick or restarting itself last night, only this time it doesn't reboot. It keeps trying to (constantly) but never does. I'm guessing a problem with the OS. (I didn't even download anything last night!)

Anyway it gets to about 15% and then fails, and tries to reboot again!

I can't do a restore or correct the problem from my PC, as my PC can't connect to it as it's rebooting! What can I do!? Help please!

I'm very PC Literate, however am not great when it comes to bb's so please treat me like a moron in your responses!
