Kinda like booting up Ubuntu or Windows. I'm wondering what the future is for RIM. I'd like to stay with BB but the Android phones look tempting.

No, they will never do that. What would be the point? They would lose the intended purpose of the BB, insanely strong security.

They could, but that will never happen.
I have loaded up linux and windows 95 on a windows mobile phone however. A lot of coding for that however.
