TCL Execs, on continuing BlackBerry and Alcatel

Here is a relatively comprehensive article about TCL's plans regarding BlackBerry branded phones (and also Alcatel phones.
These are pretty clear words.
It sounds as though TCL execs got wind of some of the gloom and doom rumors floating around and wanted to make a statement. They would not say this if they didn't mean it.
This put a smile on my face.

I was not overwhelmed. The Key2 is actually priced at the top end of the mid range. Maybe there is a new cheaper than LE device in the works that does not use the BBOS or capacitive keyboard.
