I am from Canada so we got 10.2.1 quickly however I don't remember AT&T getting it?? If this is true...are you telling me you guys are still on 10.1???!?!! please correct me if I'm wrong because if you guys are that is bull$!?#.....what can we do to make this fragmentation stop especially in the U.S?????

Jeez this is just ridiculous...10.1 and 10.2.1 is night and day in comparison....ugh I feel it for my US friends

AT&T is absolutely the worse carrier....I work at a hospital that has approximately 115 work issued Blackberries. We all had either a torch or curve, which are now being replaced with z10's (I have the only Q10). All the Z10's and my Q10 have 10.1 which is terrible for the user and for advertising. Due to IT policy we can't download leaks. When I show coworkers my VZW Z30 with 10.2 they are sick.

AT&T has not released 10.2 in the U.S. I have no idea why. I've heard three different dates of when it is supposed to be released. I have no idea why it's taking AT&T so long. Blackberry released the software to AT&T months ago. AT&T is supposedly testing it, to make sure there are no major problems. I'm not a software expert, so I have no idea how long these tests take, but this seems like a really long to make customers wait.
