I have the Enterprise plan on my Blackberry for work. I have been hesitant about downloading any unauthorized version of the new OS and waiting patiently for the official release from AT&T. Since it doesn't seem that will ever happen has anyone had any problems with the unofficial release versions working with the Enterprise plans?

It is one thing to upgrade a consumer phone, but a totally different story for a BES device. At minimum, you have to clear it with your IT department, they are your first line for support.

AT&T will approve the update, eventualy.

I have the Enterprise service attached to my phone. I own the phone not my company. They pay for the service of the Enterprise version only. Is that a problem with the new OS? I have heard "eventualy" about 1000 times concerning AT&T by that time I will own the Bold.

I own my BB and connect to my companies BES. Most of the time I change my OS when there are upgrades and then just get a new activation password from my IT dept to reconnect to the BES. My IT dept does not care what OS that I am running and if its your own BB then I doubt your IT dept cares what OS that you are running. Just if you change your OS, you will more and likely have to get a new password to reconnect. But you can always check with your IT dept first if that makes you feel better.
