Saw another thread post on here that AT&T Corp office said that they will have the Z10 in the US available in March and the Q10 in April. Check out some of the other threads on it and if I run across it again, I'll post it here.

Thanks for the link. This info was all known, I simply wanted to know specifically what the holdup is. BB says it's the carriers, the carriers say it's BB.

AT and T is a huge company and they have many layers of people in place to supervise those who supervise those who actually finally get things done.
Because of the sheer size of the beast, it takes twice as long, but as all companies, every sales manager wants to make his bonuses; therefoer I conclude that even though
you ran into frustration, they will get things done and the BB products will find their way into stores and in carrier's hands.
