As a large corporate user we too had issues. We have about 750 employees that have either Key two or Apple8/Plus. The rest have Priv STV-100.

All of our Keytwo phones have been knocked off air on multiple days. The I phones are suffering the same fate and when reactivated come up on network as Jelly phone. (Side note the new Jelly is a 5G device that should work).

My sons have had the reps in and advanced Tech support. The issue seems to be an update to network software that is kicking multiple phones off network.

We are giving them until the end of this week to either fix the issue or move to Spectrum/Verizon.

UPDATE: If you call Tech support they have an Alert on the issues. At this time there is no fix, but they are working to fix the issue, for what that's worth.

Wouldn't you be better off on T-Mobile? All those existing devices will work no issue.

That's hilarious!! I remember in 2000-2001 when I was helping put together a pediatric dental network for Delta Dental and Florida Healthy Kids thinking this place is flat as F! And that the highest point was some bridge in Miami.

I also remember being outside of Gainesville and the college thinking I stepped back some 50 years in time.

Loved the coastal vibe of Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples areas.

I second to that, it seems like AT&T is going to whitelist devices including a lot of Blackberry devices starting next year. T-Mobile doesn’t whitelist any devices. T-Mobile’s service is a lot better in terms of connectivity and signal. I’m on T-Mobile right now and it’s not like Verizon but it gets the job done.

UPDATE: We moved all of our corporate phones over this weekend. The customer service was unreal, if you are with AT&T move to anyone but them. Their service and customer support has been going down hill and after the customer support specialist told me on the phone "you people" that was it, over thirty years as a large customer and that's how I am treated. move and do not look back ! !

    Seems like.... based on what?

My guess is AT&T's list might grow... but it will be newer phones that get added. Or at least other post 2015 phones that support VoLTE.

I live on the Bay so I'm not too far above sea level (16'), but have some property in northern Bay County FL that is almost 150' above sea level and I think the high point in the County is almost 250'.

And don't give me no crap about living in lower Alabama....
