It's OFFICIAL! I called T-Mobile and there is an OUTAGE, and thus a delay in BlackBerry users receiving emails!?!

But, they would not say if it was with RIM, or them (T-Mobile), and the is no estimated time of a fix. They are however giving an extra 100 free minutes on your package, and 20 MMS messages...

Scary is all I've got to say...

what support group did you talk to, they refuse to acknowledge anything was wrong at all yesterday and said they have not had any issues in the last 2 weeks

how frustrating, this is the 2nd time it has happened in less than 10 days

    Ok, this is interesting.

Talked to a rep at that number in the blackberry support group and they said once an issue is cleared, they no longer see it in the system and cannot issue credits against it. But if nextime it happens I can call while it is not working and get a credit.

Question for the Einstein that came up with that process, how does one know of outage on the BB if they dont see the messages in email until they are at their desk again or they all come pouring in at once? Will keep an eye on it, and I had the account noted for future calls.

Well, you know how it is! We're addicts, and if we don't get an email within 10-15 minutes, we start to panic. Well I certainly do...

that was my point to customer service, we have these so we can function away from our desk, and we have no way to know there is an issue typically until it is too late and resolved.
