Wow, AT&T has this new promo going, Free Z10 and Q10! It's better than T-Mobiles deal of $250 of the price of a new one at $450.

Free on a two-year contract. I haven't looked at AT&T contract pricing recently, but my guess would be you'd still save more on TMO.\
Edit: Q10 off-contract for $390. Not bad.
I actually recently got my Q10 through AT&T but I got it on the Next plan. You can get it free and sign another 2 year contact, but that takes you out of the mobile share value plan smartphone line pricing and into the regular smartphone line pricing which is $40.00 per month (for the regular smartphone line pricing). If you get the Q10 on the Next plan, the phone "payment" is $19.50 per month and the smartphone line pricing is $15.00 per month - for a total of $34.50 per month and saves $5.50 per month vs if you were to do a regular upgrade. Plus, I get to upgrade in 12 months if I choose to and I didn't go back under a 2 year agreement.

Best Buy was providing them for free with a 2 year contract, plus a gift card. This was way back in August. I believe AT&T is just trying to get rid of any extra inventory in whatever stores still have some left.
