What email service do you use? Do you use POP3 or IMAP with Outlook and BB?

You need to find out. If you use IMAP on both Outlook and BB, then sent messages will be automatically store on your email service provider server and your Outlook will pick them up, no cable requires.

This is my advice, whether you have BB or not. Always use IMAP. IMAP keeps your messages in sync regardless how you access your email. You will have to your emails anywhere in the universe with a browser and an internet connection.

Then set your Outlook and BB to IMAP. You don't know your service provider name?

That's means your BB is also running on POP, not IMAP. If this is indeed the case, then you will need to auto BCC yourself on every outbound message from your BB.

First, you need to go to your TMobile Blackberry Email setup website from your computer, not BB.

Then edit your email setting to include a BBC to yourself. Now this step will create a duplicate message back to your BB. To stop that, you will add a filter to block all messages from "your email" to push to your BB.

In Outlook, create message rule stating message from "me" AND BCC "me", move to sent folder.

IMAP is the way. Are you 100% sure your company doesn't support IMAP. Ask again. Almost all email service providers support IMAP, unless your company is runnung its own server inhouse.

Your company must also support IMAP per your BB IMAP setting. Then you should change your Outlook setting to IMAP.

Just to add to everyone's replies that what the OP is looking to do cannot be done on BIS.

Sent items from the Blackberry can be sent back Outlook via IMAP but items not sent from the Blackberry will not show up in the Blackberry sent items.

True email syncing is only possible with BES which reconciles inbox, sent items and all folders.
