    Everytime I connect my BB to my CPU, it syncs fine. Once it is done syncing an hourglass appears and in I cannot do anything. I disconnect it once it is done syncing, but the hourglass stays. The only way to remove it and restore the BB to normal functioning is to remove the battery and reset the BB. Am I missing something?
